Naace Annual Strategic Conference 2008:Exhibition stand booking now openExhibition space is now available to the wider ICT community. Naace Sponsoring Partners will continue to benefit from a discounted rate when booking. The Naace Annual Strategic Conference 2008 is to be held in Torquay, from 4 - 7 March 2008, with the one day exhibition taking place on Wednesday 5 March 2008. The exhibition space is made available to Naace Sponsoring Partners at a discounted stand price whilst other members of the ICT community are invited to exhibit at full price.
Online booking system is now openEnter the online booking service hereOnce you have reached the Exhibition Stand booking system you will be asked to authenticate your Sponsoring Partner status by entering the booking code found in the letter sent you to at the beginning of November and also found in the email to all Sponsoring Partners announcing that the system is now live. Please enter this booking code when prompted to do so as it will ensure that you are invoiced at the discounted price. Other members of the ICT community wishing to book space should simply leave the booking code field blank. If you plan to pay by Purchase Order you will need the PO number/reference also to input into the system. Space cannot be reserved in advance and all bookings must be made online. Stands booked with a valid Purchase Order are confirmed immediately. All other stands MUST be paid for within ten days of the booking otherwise the stand will be re-released for sale. Please send a copy of your Purchase Order or cheque (made payable to Naace Trading Ltd.) for the full amount (incl. VAT) and a copy of your Exhibition Booking confirmation email to: Finance Department Naace Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus Clifton Nottingham NG11 8NS An invoice/receipt will be issued by return. As space is always at a premium, exhibitors are limited to the purchase of two stands. Exhibitors are required to supply their own stand infrastructure and details regarding the furniture, power and telecommunications will be made available in the Exhibition Manual which will be available for download in the New Year.
