This course will provide high quality training and support for current and aspiring ICT leaders in Primary schools and existing leaders who wish to have a recognised qualification. It has been carefully designed to raise standards of pupils’ attainment in and through ICT by improving the standards of ICT leadership in schools. The TOTAL programme is designed to drive school improvement through the full integration of ICT into all aspects of school life - and to enable dynamic and creative leadership teams, aware in general of the potential of digital technologies, to plan for radical improvements in all aspects of learning and teaching. Naace ICT CPD Award SchemeThe Naace ICT CPD Award Scheme is intended for educators interested in developing their knowledge and practice regarding ICT. Its four certificates enable candidates to select a point of entry according to their personal or professional needs. It also provides a route through to Certified Naace Professional (CNP) status enabling candidates to gather evidence for this accreditation. | This scheme which is a major new initiative for Naace and the education community that Naace supports is designed for people who have a leadership role in advancing education through ICT. The scheme was launched at the Naace Strategic Conference in March 2010 and is now fully open to new enrolments.
