This world class event fired up with the theme of Empowering Learning, which took a leaf out of Sir Jim Rose’s final report, describing a small school with a big vision where “Technology empowers learning but does not overpower it.”

Our fantastic programme included speakers Diana Johnson MP, Lord David Puttnam,  Martha Lane Fox (Digital Inclusion Champion), Karen Price (CEO of e-skills UK), Keri Facer (Professor of Education at Manchester Metropolitan University's Education and Social Research Centre), Tony Richardson (Executive Director, Strategy and Communications at Becta) , Terry Piggott   ( Interim Executive Director, Local Government )  and David Anstead (Ofsted's National Adviser for ICT).
