The closing date for receipt of Booking Forms is Tuesday 22nd March 2016. Bookings received after this date will not be guaranteed a place at the Conference and are unlikely to be processed.

Please note the discounted Naace membership rate is not available to those who hold an affiliate membership.

Payment options:
Cheque payable to Naace (Trading) Ltd, or provision of an official Purchase order or payment by BACS.

All cheques and remittances should be made payable to Naace (Trading) Ltd. Please send to Finance Department, Naace, The Sir Colin Campbell Building, University of Nottingham Innovation Park, Triumph Road, Nottingham, NG7 2TU. If you have any concerns regarding payment for this event, please contact a member of the Naace team.

Please note – Naace reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum numbers are not reached. Advance notification will be given should this occur.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of this booking up to and including the 10th March 2016 will incur a cancellation charge of 50%. Cancellation after 10th March 2016 will incur a cancellation charge equal to the full amount payable.
Please note – once the invoice has been raised, any cancellations should be made in writing directly to Naace, The Sir Colin Campbell Building, University of Nottingham Innovation Park, Triumph Road, Nottingham, NG7 2TU.

Whilst all programme details were correct at the time of the opening of the booking system – Naace cannot be held responsible for any changes / alterations or cancellations which may occur.

Miscellaneous:
From time to time postal addresses and email addresses are passed to members, educational ICT agencies or to companies that sponsor Naace for use in marketing, on the condition that they are not passed to further third parties. This service to sponsoring organisations is crucial in gaining their financial support. Naace is registered with the Data Protection Authority.

I also confirm I am happy for my details to be held on the Naace database and to be used in this way.

I am content for the Association to send me alerts via email.

New members:
I HEREBY APPLY to be admitted as a Full Member of the above company on the terms of the Memorandum and Articles of Association from time to time in force.

I HEREBY UNDERTAKE, if the company is wound up while I am a member or within one year after I cease to be a member, to contribute to the assets of the company for payment of the debts and liabilities of the company contracted before I cease to be a member and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and for adjustment of the rights of the contributories amongst themselves, such amount as may be required, not exceeding £1.00. Membership records are held on a database for internal use by Naace.

Payment is to be completed as soon as possible. Please note that until payment is received your place is not confirmed.

Exhibition Booking Terms and Conditions

Applications may be made via the Naace website and are on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Information provided by applicants will be held on the Naace database. Details will not be passed on.

Payment options:
An invoice for the full amount due will be raised on receipt of a booking, payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

All cheques and remittances should be made payable to Naace (Trading) Ltd. All cheques and BACS payments must state the booking reference number otherwise they will not be processed and this may lead to resale of your stand. Exhibitors and Sponsors of the Naace conference must be fully paid up sponsors at the time of the Conference.

Cancellations:
This booking constitutes a binding agreement. Cancellation of bookings before 21 December 2015 will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of the stand booked. After this date no refund will be given although substitutions will be accepted, if notified in writing, at least fourteen days before the Conference.

Non-Approved Activities
Whilst recognising the legitimate desire of exhibitors and Sponsors to maximise the value of their participation within the Naace Conference, Naace has a responsibility to protect the interests of all its Members and Sponsoring Partners.

Activities which deprive Naace Conferences of the delegate audience or which actively compete with elements of the social programme may result in exclusion of the organisation(s) responsible.
