Their teachers are making sure skills in literacy, numeracy, ICT and communication are being improved. The children are sharing ideas about how to live more healthy lifestyles. The project created the world's biggest human hand-holding chain of children, to highlight the 80 million primary aged children who do not go to school, for Germany's Prime Minister, Angela Merkel, the European Union and the G8 Summit leaders.
