The meeting of members at the recent Naace AGM discussed the future direction of Naace and agreed a way forward that focusses on member consultation and identifying key activities that define our interests as a community. Naace AGM 2017 – Proxy Voting

Many of you will recognise that a continuing and significant challenge to Naace each year is to achieve a quorum at our AGM. If you can help us then we would greatly appreciate your attendance at the AGM in Bradford, however, scanning the Articles there is another way in which we can achieve quorum on pertinent votes such as the approval of auditors and accounts. That is by proxy votes, where a member chooses to authorise their proxy vote to another person who is actually able to attend.

For members considering nomination to the Naace Board from 27th April 2017

Information for members considering nomination for election to the Board of Management from April 2017. The Board of Management Naace is registered as a charity and has a Board of Management to look after its affairs. They are responsible to the Charity Commissioners and to members of the Association. There are twelve Board Members elected from the membership and they each serve normally for a term of four years. (Subject to the Rules of the Association)
