In its 21-year history, over 16,000 schools have benefitted from NAACE's EdTech Review Framework. The maturity model is instrumental for many schools in the UK and beyond, helping them understand where they are in their edtech journey, planning their next steps and recording progress.
Since it was established, the EdTech Review Framework has undergone many developments and transformations, in line with the acceleration of education technology use in schools and wider education settings. Materials and resources have been regularly updated to ensure they accurately reflect current teaching practices and give users the best opportunities to experience success.
Following a rigorous procurement exercise, NAACE has recently appointed Derventio Education to further develop the EdTech Review Framework tool. The team of software specialists have extensive experience in the education sector, delivering solutions that are easy to use and make a big impact on teaching and learning. Derventio Education has worked directly with teachers and educators to develop many software solutions.
Gavin Hawkins, Chair of NAACE, said: “Continuously investing in the EdTech Review Framework builds in confidence for us and the educators we work with to maximise the impact of edtech on teaching and learning. The EdTech Review Framework is extremely popular and we're excited to be further developing the tool to make it even easier for educators to use and get the most out of it. Derventio Education has a wealth of experience in the education sector and will be an excellent partner.”
Derventio Education is an approved Crown Commercial Service Supplier and has memberships with BESA (British Education Suppliers Association) and many other education-focused organisations, including NAACE.
